At Istanbul Galata University, our management, students, and staff prioritize one fundamental goal: ensuring that anyone seeking treatment for oral health issues leaves the hospital without any complaints. We allocate all available financial and moral resources toward achieving this objective.
During their theoretical and practical education students learn not only to be excellent at their work but also learn to be a team player. Communication during operations is the key to excellence and to eliminating all the possible deficits that can occur. During their studies our students can take classes in social sciences that can maintain their harmony.
This harmony improves their humanistic approaches as well. All patients regardless of their socioeconomic, gender, racial, religious and all the possible backgrounds are being treated equally because as a team our community is very diverse as well.
Students and staff work with the highest technology equipment and newest materials during their operations. That is why they are also aware of the value of these products and use them accordingly.
The academic and management staff are well educated and experienced in their own proficiencies. We maintain an open-door policy, welcoming anyone at any time to ask questions or make requests. Titles and backgrounds are insignificant because all employees are equal and work together. We believe 7c’s of effectiveness: capability, cooperation, coordination, coaching, cognition, communication and lastly conditions. All employees are highly capable in their own professions. We use these professions while cooperating, working together. Sometimes we even do coaching because experience is very valuable in communication and cognitive development.

Technology
Our facility is preparing to be a pioneer in the sector with 15 Physician and 45 Student units produced in Italy with advanced technology. All facilities for modern dentistry are available in our hospital. We try to make the most ideal diagnosis for the health of our patients by using the advanced imaging systems of both the hospital and our faculty of dentistry: Digital X-ray, 3D Tomography with Morphological Recognition System and Dental Ultrasound Systems. There is a Central Sterilization Unit in our facility, and we offer a reliable, clean and protected service to our patients with our 3 industrial autoclaves and other sterilization devices.
Our hospital has 1 operating room and has the infrastructure and technological equipment to perform all surgical operations. In our hospital, clinical research and all treatment applications can be carried out with our radiation filling devices, motor systems, intraoral scanning systems and all our other equipment. Comfortable prosthetic applications can be made with the digital measurement camera in our facility. All different implant applications can be performed with our physio dispenser and surgical engines in our hospital. We provide our students with the opportunity to become well-equipped healthcare professionals with the laboratories and robotic systems in our facility.
