Message from the Chairman of the Board

When we set out to establish the Bulut Education Foundation, our goal was to demonstrate that a bright future can only rise upon the glorious legacy of the past, and that if we act with historical awareness, the path to the goal can be traversed much faster. We aimed to bring to life a university that would remind our youth of all these values, even by its name. This is why we are named Galata University.
